Wholesale/OEM Program Terms
PAYMENT TERMS:
VISA/Mastercard, approved accounts, or C.O.C. accepted.
Orders over $100 quality for a 5% discount if paid in
full within 15 days, net 30 to approved accounts. No
reorders will be accepted while any past due invoices
remain unpaid.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimum order is $30. 1 oz. & 4 oz. Vinyl Lure Paint,
2 oz. Pro-Tec Powder Paint, and 1.5 oz. Pro-Flake must
be ordered in quantities of 12 per color with no exceptions.
All other items are open stock.
FREIGHT:
All shipments are F.O.B. Wausau, Wisconsin and are sent
UPS or truck as requested. A hazardous charge of $17.00
is imposed by UPS for each box containing gallon cans
or 5 gallon pails. We are able to fit two 1 gallon cans
maximum in a UN approved box. Hazardous charges are
subject to change by UPS.
RETURNS:
All Returns Must Be Authorized by Component Systems.
Unauthorized Returns Will Be Rejected!
Products will not be accepted and no credit will be
issued for the following reasons:
1. The product has been held by the customer for more
than 6 months after the original invoice date;
2. The product is discontinued, custom made to order,
or not listed as a regular items for sale;
3. Any portion of the product has been used;
4. The product is not in its original container.
In addition, the following will apply:
1. Return freight is prepaid by the customer;
2. Credit will be based on the original invoiced amount
less any discounts;
3. A 20% restocking fee and any handling charges that
apply will be paid by the customer.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
Adjustments will be made for any discrepancies in count,
condition, and grade of the product, not in agreement
with the original return authorization.
