The I-1000 Automatic Eye Dotting Machine dispenses microdots for painting eyes on lures and jigs of all sizes. The foot pedal control releases each dot, freeing up both hands. The dots dispensed are extremely uniform. Three variables determine eye size: (1) Dispensing time; (2) Dispensing pressure; and (3) Needle size. Dispensing time and pressure are adjustable on the front of the unit. The needles and syringes are disposable to cut down on clean up time.
The complete I-1000 unit comes with needle storage, syringe holder, syringe adapter, 30 cc syringes (12), needle evaluation kit, grounded foot pedal and quick connect air hose. The unit requires a minimum air compression of 20 psi. Additional syringes and needles are available in a wide range of sizes.
