Eye Dotting Machine can drastically increase your production times and the quality of your lure eyes. They function similar to an airbrush in that air is forced through the paint container and out the nozzle of the syringe. The result is a consistent perfectly round eye without any running, dripping or deformity.

The Component Systems I-1000 Automatic Eye Dotting Machine dispenses microdots for eyes on lures and jigs of all sizes. The foot pedal control releases each dot, freeing up both hands. The dots dispensed are extremely uniform.

Three variables determine eye size: (1) Dispensing time; (2) Dispensing pressure; and (3) Needle size. Dispensing time and pressure are adjustable on the front of the unit. The needles and syringes are disposable to cut down on cleanup time.

The complete I-1000 unit comes with needle storage, syringe holder, syringe adapter, 30cc syringes (twelve), needle evaluation kit, grounded foot pedal, and quick connect air hose. The unit requires a minimum of 20 psi. Additional syringes and needles are available in a wide range of sizes.
