Component Systems Glitters are specially formulated
from lightweight polyester to stay suspended in liquids
longer. This is especially helpful when air-brushing
to prevent clogging of the gun and for more uniform
distribution.
Mixing Glitters in Paint:
Glitters are packed dry and must be in Clear Gloss or
Epoxy before using. Always add glitter sparingly. Mix
well with a small stir stick and test mixture on a sample
lure. If a heavier concentration is desired, continue
to add glitter.
Special note: Due to its delicate nature, Fire
Opal Glitter has a tendency to lose its reflective quality
when left in strong solvents for an extended time. Mix
only what you can use in the next 6 hours.
